Wow, is it ever windy here today. The wind is so loud I couldn't sleep. I got up to see if any of my flower pots outside had blown over - just one of the smaller ones has blow off the patio, the plant isn't broken so that's good.
It's the first day of school today, on this wet & windy day...uggh, why can't it be nice on the first day of school?
It definitely feels like fall here today. I have taken my fall wreaths out of storage but I haven't put any up yet, I think a wait a couple of more weeks - until it's officially "Fall".
Making a wreath with artificial flowers is pretty simple. I cut the flowers leaving a 3-4in stem, long enough so you can poke it in a grapevine wreath and I then secure it with hot glue. Sometimes I add ribbon or other accessories, whatever I have on hand.
Here are some pics of my wreaths that I have made.
