Honey Mustard & Dill Salmon with Multigrain Baguette

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

Since the kiddos are visiting with the
G-Parents this week,
the hubs and I did a little cooking - adult style...
(Yes, with clothes on, get your
mind out of the gutter.)
No fries & Chicken Strips this week!

Mmmmm... yummy salmon.

Honey Mustard & Dill Salmon with Multigrain Bread

Ingredients
Salmon fillets
Dill (I used dried not fresh)
Honey Mustard
Olive oil

Place a scant amount of olive oil on a large sheet of foil wrap. Lay salmon (single file, do not place fillets on top of one another). Sprinkle generously with dill and coat top with honey mustard. Bring foil wrap up and around loosely but seal foil wrap edges tightly to keep the steam in.
Bake in preheated oven on 350 Fahrenheit for about 20-25 mins (4 fillets) or BBQ for about 15-20 mins.

For the bread:
Ingredients
Multigrain Baguette
Your favorite spice mix
Your favorite cheese
Olive oil
Garlic powder

Slice baguette on an angle, not completely through, down the length of the baguette. Place a strip of cheese in every slit. Sprinkle your favorite spice mix on top (I chose a Clubhouse Thyme Spice Mix). A little trick to get the spice mix to stay put on top of the bread - mix it with a little bit of olive oil so it will stick to the bread.
Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 10-12 mins.
Remove from oven.
Mix garlic powder with olive oil and brush over top.
