Today is the last day of school
here in Newfoundland.
The kids are gone, gifts in hand for
their teachers.
I've seen this idea floating
around for a while now and
I couldn't wait to give it a whirl.
I love these insulated cups,
they are perfect
for drinks and smoothies.
I filled the cups with single
serving packets of
lemonade.
I decorated the cups with fantastic
paper from My Minds Eye.
So fitting with the alphabet and all!
I am in love with accordion flowers,
a little piece of paper can make
such a huge statement!
I embellished with a few
school themed chip board
pieces to finish the look!
Don't forget to link up your
fantastic summer kid activities to
the amazing
HAPPY SUMMER!

These are really cute! Great idea!
ReplyDeleteThis is GORGEOUS! I love it!! ;) You will have to teach me how to make those pretty rosettes...I'm not so great at them yet!
ReplyDeleteReally cute. I have seen decorated cups at a local store. They were really blinged out, and they wanted $40 something dollars for them. Wos, a bit pricey don't you think? I love rosettes also. They take a little time to make, but worth every minute. Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup.

That is a great idea! As a teacher, I am grateful for all the gifts the kids give me, but I really don't need another ceramic apple or alphabet item. I love it when I get something I can actually use! Again, great idea.
