So I've been painting again...
this time adirondack chairs.
I love adirondack chairs, they are rugged yet stylish
and they come in oodles of colors.
My hubs built these two about 10 years ago
and I've painted them a fine array of colors.
They have been turquoise for the past three years.
Time to change things up a bit...
Sweet!
I love the new color.
It screams
SUMMER
Please excuse my poor deck, it desperately needs
to be stained but we have to remove all of the oil
based stain before re-staining with water based stain
because oil based stain will no longer be sold
here in Canada starting September 2012.
So that is another project on our list.
Have a fab week everybody...
and don't forget to link to
going on now!

ReplyDeleteThe chairs look great and I have told you before how much I love your porch. I had no idea that the oil based stains would no longer be sold here - is that due to environmental concerns? Well, I guess that is one less decision to make when we re-stain our back porch. lol! Hope you are having a great weekend! Thanks so much for coming out to the party at Clean and Scentsible.
