Smiley Face Chocolate Chip Muffins

It will put a smile on their faces when
they open their lunch box to find these
cutie pies...
and I just don`t mean your kids,
I`d love to find this in my lunch box!

These muffins were made from a pre-made mix
and I`m okay with that.
I`m a busy working Mom
and not everything can come from scratch.

I did add extra chocolate chips though.

Are you okay with baking/cooking from a
pre-made mix?
My family doesn't mind at all and let's face it
we are so busy - work, school, lunches to
prepare, houses to clean, grocery's to get,
banking to take care of...
the list goes on & on.

Mmmmm...I think I'll have one right now!

What a cute way to brighten a childs day. Anybody's day in fact. I think it's fine to use a mix. Just taking the time to prepare a fun treat is wonderful. Thanks for sharing with Share Your Cup.

Even as a stay at home mom with only one pre-teen, I never have enough time to cook from sratch. So, why not use a mix? I have a tendency to embelish the mix I use anyway, so who knows the difference. I don't know many mom's who don't use mixes. The are a great way to save the day. Love the smiley faces...they make me giggle. thanks

I am all about the mixes! I'd rather jazz up a box than go from scratch, you should take a look at my snickerdoodle cup-cookies. Best thing from a box I have ever jazzed.
